Ottory provides a social media management platform featuring localized content strategy tools, AI-powered content generation (including the "Ask Otto" assistant), multi-channel scheduling, and a centralized communication hub.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

3. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Cancellations

Subscription: Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (monthly or annually).

Free Trials: If you register for a free trial, your trial period will end on the date specified at registration. After the trial, you must provide valid payment details to continue using the premium features of the Service.

Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Unless required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. User Content & Social Media Integrations

Our Service allows you to draft, schedule, post, link, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content").

Ownership: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content you submit through the Service.

Third-Party Platforms: Ottory connects with various third-party social media networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter). Your use of those networks through our platform is strictly subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for any modifications, restrictions, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

5. Acceptable Use & AI-Generated Content

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory.
Misuse or attempt to exploit the AI tools (such as "Ask Otto") to generate malicious code, spam, or deceptive content.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.

Note on AI Content: While our AI features offer optimized suggestions, captions, and trends, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and compliance of all AI-generated content before public distribution.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ottory and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ottory, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
